The intelligent non-destructive fruit collection, packing, and transfer system comprises a tracked mobile robot chassis, a loading platform, a transfer docking platform, a laser radar positioning and navigation system, an RTK outdoor auxiliary positioning system, and a deep vision system. In terms of software, it provides modules such as image recognition technology related to path planning, robot self-propulsion and control technology, laser radar-based autonomous path planning and positioning navigation technology, and remote backend management technology.
The operation process of the intelligent non-destructive fruit collection, packing, and transfer system is as follows:
1. Chassis of tracked mobile robot: Equipped with a loading platform, it transports the harvested fruits and vegetables to the loading and transfer platform.
2. Connection and alignment: Through electric roller conveyors and automatic alignment devices, the turnover baskets are precisely received to ensure seamless transfer.
3. Out-of-orchard transportation: After packing is completed, the goods will be automatically transported outside the orchard, forming a closed-loop operation.
